Returns & Exchanges Policy

Thank you for shopping with Oli Oli Fashion Project! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return or exchange items under the following conditions:

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and earrings cannot be returned unless defective.

  • Sale items or discounted products may be final sale and not eligible for returns unless faulty.

2. How to Make a Return

  1. Email our customer service team at charagiobou@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. You will receive instructions on where to send the item(s).

  3. Pack your item securely and include the original receipt or order confirmation.

  4. Ship the item using a tracked shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at charagiobou@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange for a free return and either issue a full refund or send a replacement.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is incorrect or defective.

  • If returning from outside Greece, any additional customs fees or duties are the customer’s responsibility.
